DAY-1 DELHI TO MANALI BY CAB

MEALS – DINNER

This day is arrival at Delhi. Our driver will meet you and pick you up and straight drive to Manali.

Reach Manali in evening check into hotel and enjoy the delicious dinner. Overnight Stay will be at hotel and Dinner.

DAY-2 MANALI- LOCAL SIGHTSEEING TOUR

MEALS – BREAKFAST & DINNER

This day after breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of. Manali and visit Hadimba Temple, Vashisth Kund. Hadimba temple, Also known as the Doongri Temple, is a four-tiered pagoda-like wooden temple standing in Deodar trees and has beautiful carvings on its ornamental door. Dedicated to Hadimba, the wife of Bhim, this temple is the venue for an annual fair held during. Visit The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery & Van Vihar. Later make your visit to Vashisth Springs, are located across the Beas river etc. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY-3 MANALI- SOLANG VALLEY-MANALI

MEALS – BREAKFAST & DINNER

This day after breakfast proceed towards Solang valley. Solang Valley: Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 kms in a side valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. Solang valley offers the view of glaciers and snowcapped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes. The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose. Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied sports Institute, Manali. Now a few hotels have also come up. The winter skiing festival is organized in Solang Valley. Skiing and Paragliding are two main activities are organized here. Apart from this many other adventure sports are available like Zorbing, Horse riding & Snow Motor Bikes riding etc. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY-4 MANALI- NAGAR CASTLE – JANAFALL

NAGGAR CASTLE: The Castle was converted into a rest house, a hundred year back and in 1978 this ancient building was handed over to HPTDC to run as a heritage hotel. This medieval Castle was built by Raja Sidh Singh of Kullu around 1460 A.D. The hotel overlooks the Kullu Valley and apart from the spectacular view and superb location this has a flavour of authentic western Himalayan architecture. Here, a gallery houses the paintings of the Russian artist Nicholas Roerich. Naggar also has three other old shrines. Hotel Castle is a unique medieval stone and wood mansion, once the home to the Raja of Kullu and now an HPTDC Heritage hotel. NICHOLAS ROERICH ART GALLERY: Prof. Late Nicholas Roerich, a reputed artist had chosen Naggar as his residence when he came to India in 1929. The house has now been converted in an art gallery which houses numbers of rare paintings and other specimen of art .Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY-5 MANALI-DELHI OUT

MEALS: BREAKFAST

This day after breakfast check out from hotel and our driver will give you a final drop to Delhi Airport. Or Railway station………………

Things to Note

NGT Rules & Regulations:-

National Green Tribunal(NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every
traveller visiting Rohtang Pass which areas follows:
The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1,200 /- per day, out of which only 800 petrol engine
taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed. Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass.
Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/ sharing/ by Deluxe Bus Subject to Availability.
In case of of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National
green tribunal /Sumangal Tours will not be responsible in any case. 2-If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass

Sumangal Tours Booking Policy:-

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18
Staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if
Suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Sumangal Tours will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc… All
Additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
If you don’t show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or
Children below 5 years are chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

The AC will not work in Hill stations.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond
our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Payment Policy:

For Package conformation you need to deposit a 20% of the total package cost as a 1st token.
30% amount will be deposited in company account for sharing the Hotels confirmations.
50% of the total package cost, guest need to deposit before their arrival in companies current bank account.
If any balance amount remains, that will be paid by the guest at our office in Nashik. (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

Important note:-

Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to
Availability) Changes in the planned package will be charged directly from the guest.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution
of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason will be chargeable.
The service of
Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary
Verbal Commitments are not applicable.

Amendments / cancellations:-

25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
100% cancellations before 10 days of the travels date.
Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like: Illness,
personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels,
transportation or any other service that has been provided

Sumangal Guest House is located in Amrapali Heights, Khande Mala, New Nashik, Nashik. It is well furnished and well-equipped for the guest who do tours with Sumangal Tours only. It is not offered to other members. It has A/C and NON A/C rooms. It is an ideal place for Special Tourists only.
