- After you arrive at the Nashik airport / railway station / Bus stand, meet our Sumangal Tours representative and drive to Sumangal Guest House.
- Early morning our Journey will begin from Nashik By taking the blessings of Navshaya Ganapati Temple at Nashik.
- Breakfast will be taken at Hotel Ambika Hotel, one of the most famous Misal-Pav center in Nashik.
- We will take halt at the Ozarkhed Lake. The lake offers a picturesque view of the hilly surroundings. It is a famous short halt picnic and boat spot as well as tourists’ attraction place to enjoy Riverine Fish Food.
- After sightseeing at the Ozarkhed Lake, we will proceed to Vani to take blessings of Saptashrungi Devi.
- After the holy darshan at Saptashrungi Gadh, we we start our journey towards dazzling Saputara.
- On the way we will have lunch.
- We will visit the sunset point by ropeway, running between Governors’ hilland Sunset point, ropeway is one of the thrilling cum picturesque experience.
- After this we will proceed to the Hotel.
- Have a leisure time at leisure.
- Dinner will be taken at the city.
- Early morning, we will visit at Sunrise point: A place for early birds! This point matches with Sunset pointof Saputara hill station. You need to park your car around 1 km from the peak point and then trek to the point. For aged ones, this trek in the morning might be difficult. This place is underdeveloped so you won’t find any tourism activity here. Carry water/food with you. The breakfast will be served with Hot Coffee / Tea / Milk.
- After this you may enjoy at Table top/Town View/Governor’s Hill. Don’t be confused, all three names point to same area. Townview point offers what it stands for. Standing here, you can view of entire Saputara Hill Station. The name table top comes because of flat table like surface on top of hill called Governor’s Hill. After Saputara Lake, this hill is the most frequented place by tourists. It’s also hub of many adventure sports and recreational activities. Bike riding (It’s polluting the environment however), Horse riding, Camel riding, Zip lining, Valley crossing, Note that the activities may not be offered during off season.
- We will proceed to visit the paradise of the foothills, Step Garden which is one of finest maintained place in Saputara. It’s a small garden, consisting from 20-25 steps. On each step, you’d see wide range of flower beds. From the top of Step garden, view of valley is mesmerizing. You can also get a town view of Saputara turning 180 degree. For photography, this place is heaven.
- We will visit next heavenly place, Rose Garden – Rose Garden, as the name depicts, should have lots of roses right? Partially, it has roses but nothing that makes you say “Wow!” Notified Area of Saputara used an innovative approach for this rose garden. They started a scheme named, “Smriti Gulab” in which visitors can plant a rose in garden with their name. The lunch will will taken before going for some leisure time at Hotel.
- By Evening, we will visit Saputara Lake. Saputara lake is vibrant site of Saputara hill station. The lake offers boating facilities and lakeside recreational activities. No matter where you go in Saputara, eventually you’ll visit this place at least once. It’s hub of tourists. You can hire boats from the boat-house between 8:30am and 6:30pm. For half an hour, a pedal boat costs Rs. 20/-* per person and a rowboat Rs. 5/-* With that price tag, boating in Saputara lake is probably the cheapest in country. (*Prizes are changeable). After enjoying in the lake, you may stroll in Lake Garden – Lake Garden is located exactly next to Saputara Lake. Garden is lush green and maintained pretty well. It has nice benches to seat/relax and walking trails. Evening would be best time to spend time here with family. Also a good place for photography. You can visit another place nearby which is known as Honey Bees center – The center is small and gives information about how honey is harvested. This place is near to Saputara Lake. It’s opposite of parking of notified area. As far as I can remember, there’s no entry fee whatsoever. Along with the education tour, they also see honey commercially.
- After this we will proceed to the Hotel.
- Have a leisure time at leisure.
- Dinner will be taken at the city.
- Nearby there is Nageshwar Mahadev Temple. Nageshwar Mahadev Temple is a calm, peaceful and clean place. Overlooking Saputara Lake, this place is a good spiritual place. The temple is small, it has no entry fees and even though it is old, it is maintained very well. Surroundings are clean too. Breakfast will be taken and then we will proceed to the Museum.
- After this we will proceed to, Saputara Tribal museum – Tribal museum displays Adivasi (People of Dang area) history of the Dang region. It gives an idea about culture of local people and their lifestyle. Saputara museum craves renovation and maintenance. The entire museum can be completed within an hour. Most of the artifacts displayed are self-explanatory and don’t need any extra knowledge. Needless to say, this place is only for the interested ones. If you had struggled in Social Science subject in school days, museum is not for you!
- We will take halt at Swami Samarth Pratishthan, Dindori and then proceed for the lunch at the Ozarkhed Lake.
- On the way, we will visit Bhaktidham, Sita Gumpha, Kalaram temple, Ganga ghat and Kapaleshwar temple.
- Here the time is! Now the journey gets over.
